Funimation has just announced that they have Shuffle, and plan to release it this summer. They also announced the release date for Tsubasa and the licensing of “Itsudate! My Santa”. Very good news for me, as I loved Itsudate! My Santa and Shuffle.

Also announced was that Bandai is releasing Haruhi V.1 on May 29. I’m pretty excited, as it sounds like Bandai will actually put some effort into it.

So it has just been announced (http://funimation.com/aquarion/) that FUNi has Aquarion. Yay. I only saw one episode, but it was interesting. Can’t wait for fall.

Even more interesting though (http://www.animeondvd.com/forum/showtopic.php?tid/16663/tp/1/), is that Bandai Visual has Gunbuster 2, and they will be releasing it in April! This has been one of the best pieces of news I’ve heard all week.

Just a few things of interest, http://www.asosbrigade.com/, has posted a new poll asking which order people prefer to watch Haruhi. While I like the Kyon order myself, anyone interested in this show needs to definitely vote in this poll.

In other news, Funimation has announced that they have the licenses to Ragnarok and Suzaka. While I’ve never seen Ragnarok, I’ve been interested in it for a while. As for Suzuka, I’ve seen half of the series, and will buy it. I always thought Suzuka herself was somewhat obnoxious, and the main character was an complete idiot. Still, the series had some other characters that were fun to watch (namely the two drunk girls and Honoka), and I enjoyed some of the sports related moments.
